Following items cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene and quality reasons:

5. Exchange Procedure

2. Provide Details: Give your order number, the reason for the exchange and the new size and item you require.
3. Photo Proof: Photographic proof is required for damaged or deffective item you want to exchange.
4. Send Item: Once your request is approved, you will be given instructions on how to ship the product back to our facility.
○ Note: If the customer is bearing the cost, please use a traceable courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopard, Trax).
5. Quality Check and Dispatch: Your replacement item will be shipped as soon as the returned item is received and passes our quality check, which generally takes 3-5 working days.
Refund Policy (No Cash Refund)
We maintain a strict no cash refund policy for all orders.
Store Credit/Voucher
A refund in the form of an online store credit or voucher for the item's worth will only be given in the following exceptional cases:
● We have determined that the item you received is damaged or inaccurate, and as we are out of stock, we are unable to provide a replacement.
● Our staff cancelled your prepaid order because an item was out of stock before it could be shipped.
Important: Shipping costs are not refundable and the store credit is only redeemable on our online store for a specific period of time (such as 60 days).
Order Cancellation
● Before your order is processed or shipped, you can cancel it at any moment.
● The Exchange & Return Policy mentioned above will take effect after an order has been sent.
